The closing event, organised by the GIP FIPAN, took place on Friday 23 February 2024 in Nice. It was an opportunity to present to all the participants the new teaching tools developed during the two years of the project, but also to exchange experiences between trainers and learners, to open the debate on Artificial Intelligence, on the good training practices identified thanks to Erasmus+ and above all to bring this project to a convivial close by already imagining the follow-up to the NEW HERA adventure.

The speakers’ presentations provided a starting point for the discussions, offering a global vision of the challenges of digitalising training. The discussions highlighted the growing importance of e-learning platforms and technological tools for creating innovative learning experiences, and above all, ones that are adapted to the distance learning format.

The toolkit was of particular interest to participants. As one of the driving forces behind the project, the toolkit is designed to help trainers transform their traditional teaching content into a distance learning format. The speakers focused on practical solutions that are accessible to all. Participants were also able to share their own experiences and discoveries.

The event clearly demonstrated that the digitisation of training is an exciting and topical issue, generating enthusiasm and commitment from education and technology professionals. Participants came away with innovative ideas, practical solutions and new energy to integrate these concepts into their own educational practices.
