On March 1, 2024, Synthesis and the University of Central Lancashire partnered to organise the NEW HERA multiplier event. The target audience consisted of students and pursuing degrees in the fields of education, vocational education and training, and language instruction. In the presentation, the project manager provided an overview of the NEW HERA project, discussing the specific needs it addresses and outlining the main objectives. Afterwards, under the guidance of the project manager, the participants reviewed all the outcomes of the NEW HERA project. In order to enhance the participants’ access to the project outcome, QR codes were incorporated into the presentation slides, thereby enabling students to view the information during the presentation.
The Project Results summary provided a complete analysis, with a specific focus on thoroughly examining PR2 (Online pedagogical tools), PR3 (Quality Handbook), and the videos about the use of artificial intelligence in VET training design. The Quality Handbook for VET teachers and trainers was also distributed using a QR code. Concluding the lecture, the project manager initiated a Q&A session, providing guidance on accessing the Erasmus+ programme and finding chances for training and education abroad. The multiplier event welcomed 40 participants.
